I have had an interest in natural therapies for over 30 years having qualified in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Acupressure, Massage, Baby Massage and Reiki. I also studied Shiatsu for two years. I became interested in face exercises when I was on maternity leave with my first daughter (now 31), after watching two amazing ladies on breakfast tv. They were both in their 60’s and looked amazing. They inspired me and I started to do the odd exercise at home. I saw the difference quite quickly and so bought a book by one of the ladies – Eva Fraser. I still use this book today. Becoming qualified in Face Yoga seemed like a natural progression. I have learned so much and am putting together 3 completely different programmes from beginners to more complex exercises, along with a more targeted programme too. I hope you will try these exercises and enjoy them as much as I do.
