We are a professional Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Gym based in Preston, Lancashire. We offer a choice of classes to suit all ages and abilities from teens (aged 11yrs up) to adults mixed classes and ladies only as well as private 1 to 1, bubble group and family group tuition. We are a COVID Secure Business and operate social distancing and high standards of cleaning practice.We are keeping our staff and customers safe by abiding to by the following rules: - COVID-Clean Check-in Process - 6ft Social Distancing measures in place  - 100Sqft minimum Social Distancing whilst Training - Sanitisation Protocol after each visit - Changing Room is Closed Please wait outside and observe Social Distancing until your Instructor invites you into the building.
