Avista Care was established in 2014 by Gary & Lynsey Edmondson. Lynsey is a registered adult nurse with over 20years experience in adult social & healthcare. Florence House will be managed by Lynsey, who has vast experience and knowledge of caring for people with disabilities, old age and dementia along with a team of dedicated, trained staff. Avista care's mission statement is: ' Avista Care will ensure we provide purposeful, meaningful high quality care at all times. We will enable and empower our clients to have maximum choice and control when they visit Florence House. People will be supported and cared for in a friendly warm and safe environment. we will promote independence, dignity, participation and integration using a person centred approach.
