Healthiness Ltd | A Liverpool-based exercise provider

Healthiness is a non-profit health and exercise provider established in 2011. Our mission is to increase physical activity and reduce social isolation of older adults and adults experiencing mental health issues in Liverpool communities through delivering health messages and offering exercise and health education classes across the city. We are a social enterprise company funded by the Big Lottery's Reaching Communities fund (our broad programme), the Henry Smith Foundation (the Healthy Brain, Active Body project) and Sport England in conjunction with NHS England (the ESCAPE-pain programme).
