The Lily Lemon Beach Hut No 421 is situated on the Island of MerseaThis beautiful hut is located in a sheltered and more private second row position which offers stunning panoramic views over the Blackwater Estuary from the large secure decking area. The Lily Lemon Hut is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. Containing a two ring gas stove, kettle, cups, plates, glasses, cutlery,  tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar.Inside the beach hut there is bench seating and a table. For the decking area there are folding chairs and a table along with a couple of deck chairs and camping chairs. We also have some buckets and spades for building those sandcastles.There is also a small sandy area in front of the hut.There is no running water or electricity in the hut but we do provide water for washing up.  We do suggest that people bring their own drinking water and there is a tap located close to the hut.The Lily Lemon Hut is available to Hire from 10am to 7pm   £70 Per Day To respect our beach hut neighbour's and to comply with our license, there is a strict maximum number of 8 per booking group which includes all adults, children and babies inside and outside of the beach hut.  The children's playground is located next to the Victoria Esplanade Carpark, where you will also find public toilets. The Two Sugars café is around 3 minutes walk from the beach hut which serves, hot and cold food, drinks and ice creams all day.The closest car park is Willoughby Avenue car park CO5 8AU, which is approx. 3 minutes walk to the beach hut.
