I am Aysha, and I'm the founder of Monarch Aesthetics. I graduated in Masters in pharmacy in 2010 and worked as a responsible pharmacist in community pharmacy. I transitioned into hospital pharmacy a few years later, where I covered many specialities. I had a keen interest in emergency and acute medicine and developed my career as a senior pharmacist in A&E. I completed my postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy in 2019 and then continued and completed my prescribing diploma in 2020 in A&E. I transitioned into academia and work part time as an assistant professor in pharmacy practice at a university supporting undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students. Alongside this I work as a lead pharmacist for urgent care centres. I have a great passion for safety and have been involved in many projects and work streams in the NHS including the CURE projects, lead for adverse drug reporting also known as yellow cards. I used to chair the pharmacy patient safety meetings, looking into medication related incidents and make medicines in secondary care safe. During my time as a hospital pharmacist I developed a keen interest in dermatology I am passionate about aesthetics and making patients feel confident within themselves. I will endeavour to ensure you feel confident receiving personalised treatment from myself.
