Nicky Lavin is a Specialist Nurse Practitioner in Occupational Health based in between Lincoln and Gainsborough and currently provides a service to companies throughout the East Midlands. She supports employers with regards to fulfilling their legal responsibilities in relation to recruiting new staff and supporting already employed individuals who may have pre-existing or develop health related concerns within a particular working environment.
