SMR Timber Frame Specialists Ltd has a head office is based in Chester, we cover the whole of the North West & North Wales providing timber frame erection services for many of the top timber frame companies & housing developers. The extent of our work can range from large new housing developments, self-builds, extensions, refurbs, cabins and commercial properties. Our erection services are carried out by a select team of SMR accredited timber frame erectors with proven track records and highly experienced in erecting timber frame products to the highest standard. Our services range from structural erect, 1st and 2nd fix joinery, therefore allowing us to meet any client need dependant on the stage of the build. We appreciate the fact that quality workmanship is paramount and we make sure we continually provide a high level of quality assurance for each project, as well as reassurance and efficiency on site. With over 20 year’s experience in timber frame erection, we have seen many changes in the industry. With the implementation of Health and Safety Regulations and the introduction of fully insulated closed panel systems and floor and roof cassettes, these have dramatically improved safety along with the added benefit of speeding up the timber frame erection time.
