The Eliot Partnership (TEP) was formed in June 2004 by Mike Eliot-Higgitt. Having spent 7 years developing and growing his previous company, where annual turnover was approaching £1m, Mike felt it was time to seek a new challenge, and concentrate on providing hands-on project services to the network of clients with whom he has built up close working relationships. This change allows him to spend his working hours concentrating on service provision, rather than company management & staff issues.
