Yoga4Leeds offers outdoor yoga classes in South Leeds in Cross Flatt Park, LS11, Beeston, and indoor yoga classes in Cranmore and Raylands Community Centre, LS 10, Belle Isle. Yoga4Leeeds classes are designed for adults and teenagers of all ages, genders and abilities with some basic level of fitness. Practise is designed for experienced yoga students as well as total beginners. You can choose your own version of difficulty of the poses through which you will be guided by Yoga4Leeds instructor. The routine is based on vinyasa with 10minutes of extra toning focused on shaping legs, bums and tums to fully complete your yoga workout and to give you the maximum of benefits for your body. You will build strength, improve your fitness level and support losing weight. Looking after oneself body is the first step to alligning phisycal, mental and emotional self. Booking for Yoga4Leeds practice is not required but recommended to reserve the space. The classes are run by qualified instructor Monika Sienkiewicz (Master Degree in Academy of Physical Education and Fitness Instruction License, over 10 years experience in yoga). Outdoor classes in Beeston, LS11 are only £5 per session and indoor yoga classes every Tuesday in Belle Isle, LS10, are totally free and available to everyone.
